Trae Young is reportedly opting out of his $48.97 Million dollar contract with the Washington Wizards. Sources close to Young claim he is seeking a new four year contract worth over $200M to stay in the nation’s capital.
The Utah Jazz and Kessler Walker have yet to find a mutual agreement on the payment for his services, as Kessler reportedly declined the Jazz’ offer of 5 years, $140M. Kessler and his camp will test the market once Free Agency officially begins on June 30, 2026.
